Hibachi, train, museum: boy heaven

Ev has asked a number of times to go back to the restaurant where they cook in front of you, so today we decided to do that for lunch, then take the Lynx commuter train into Charlotte to Discovery Place for a few hours of exploration and fun.  They had a good time, and so did we :-)
